Kelly Wills joined The Cotton Board as Office Manager in 2019. She manages The Cotton Board's Memphis office and supports staff with varying needs and projects. Additionally, she is available to support Cotton Board Members and Alternates, assists with board meeting planning, and helps maintain the organization's board services Web site. Wills graduated from The University of Memphis in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in professional studies, concentrated in management, and was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta society. She also spent time volunteering for Spay Memphis during her college years. Before joining The Cotton Board, Wills spent many years managing a dog daycare facility before becoming a veterinary assistant. Wills is currently active in local animal rescue and wildlife rehabilitation communities. Wills resides in Millington, Tennessee, with her son Chandler and her three dogs.
